This website is operated by marymoretail. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to marymoretail. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the policies referenced here: our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

Online store terms

By using this site you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach of any of these terms will result in termination of your ability to purchase from us.

Products and pricing

We make every effort to display our products' colors, finishes and dimensions accurately, but screens vary and small variations in finish are a natural characteristic of our materials. Prices are shown in the store currency at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, and to refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) where a product was listed with an incorrect price or description.

Payments

Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant payment processing. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Shipping and returns

Delivery timeframes and shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy — in short, 30 days from delivery to request a return, with refunds issued within 7–10 business days of inspection.

Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, branding and layout — belongs to marymoretail or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, marymoretail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
